The AIRBORNE SECURITY SERVICE, INC. was organized at a time when the prospect of the Security industry was uncertain and was governed by ordinances of different cities and municipalities that are in unity, which oftentimes led the operations into confusions.  In spite of this situation, a retired military officer, Mr. Andres A. Solis, decided to establish his own security agency as a single proprietor in 1964 and eventually incorporated the same in August 1976.

The management of Airborne Security Service, Inc. decided to put up Hawk Security Service, Skywatch Security Services and Airborne Maintenance and Allied Services to address the increasing volume of clients. Airborne Security set-up training programs for Officers and Field Personnel so as to meet the standard requirements of clients.
